Utility-scale solar and BESS projects move fast across wide, remote sites with crews that change week to week. Apex Site Safety is contracted as the safety consultant on projects like these, and the work is performed by our own W-2 employees under Apex supervision.

A single project can span miles of open array with multiple crews working out of sight of each other. Heat, dust, mobile equipment, torque operations, and energized DC conductors are present at the same time. Consistency is the whole problem.

Task-specific hazard analyses written on site, orientations, toolbox coaching, and competent person training.
Apex personnel observe, document, train, and advise. They do not perform construction work, operate tools or equipment, or direct construction means and methods.
