This Privacy Policy explains how Apex Site Safety ("Apex," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit this website, submit an application, or request managed safety team services.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, employer or company, role interest, certifications, work region, resume content, and anything else you include in a message.
• Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring source, collected through standard server logs and any analytics tools we use.
• Information from third parties: professional references, credentialing bodies (such as BCSP, NCCER, and OSHA training providers), and background or drug screening vendors, collected only with your authorization where required by law.

• To verify credentials, references, and eligibility to work in the United States

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share personal data for targeted advertising. We disclose information only to: client sites considering your assignment (with your knowledge), service providers who host our site or process applications on our behalf, and authorities when required by law.

Background checks and screening

Certain assignments require background checks, motor vehicle records, or drug and alcohol screening. Where a consumer report is obtained, we comply with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including standalone disclosure, written authorization, and pre-adverse and adverse action notices.

SMS and call consent

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us regarding job opportunities and your inquiry, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Texas privacy rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Texas residents may request to confirm whether we process their personal data; access, correct, or delete that data; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of any sale or targeted advertising (we conduct neither). To exercise these rights, email info@ApexSiteSafety.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your request and respond within 45 days, with one permitted 45-day extension. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if the appeal is denied, you may file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

Residents of other states may have comparable rights; we honor verified requests wherever we are legally required to do so.

Data retention and security

We retain applicant records for at least the period required by federal and Texas recordkeeping rules, and otherwise only as long as needed for the purposes described above. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted transmission and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. In the event of a breach involving sensitive personal information, we will notify affected Texas residents and, where applicable, the Texas Attorney General as required by the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act.

This site uses only cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function and, where enabled, basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not currently respond to Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals in a standardized way, but we do not sell data or serve targeted advertising.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
