Hyperscale and colocation builds run on uptime, security, and zero tolerance for a recordable. Apex Site Safety serves as the safety consultant of record on projects like these. Our own W-2 employees perform the work, under Apex supervision, from first steel through turnover.
The environment
What makes these sites different.
Elevated work, heavy rigging, energized electrical rooms, confined spaces, and a dozen trades sharing one floor on a schedule that does not move. Hazard density is high and it changes weekly as the build advances into commissioning.

Surveys and inspections
Daily walkdowns and shift coverage across build phases, shutdowns, and commissioning. Findings documented with photographs and tracked to closure.
Training and orientation
Trade partner onboarding, daily orientation, competent person training, and coaching delivered on the deck.
Reporting and investigation
Tablet-based inspection records, chemical inventories, equipment documentation, and incident investigations closed out with verified corrective actions.
Apex personnel observe, document, train, and advise. They do not perform construction work, operate tools or equipment, or direct construction means and methods.
